  • During the session you will learn what has come up in the Records for you, the impact it is having and how to use the information to step into greater alignment and ease in your life straight away.

    The actual channelling of the information happens separately before the session so that the blocks can be cleared and healed ahead of time to kick-start the process and give us space to fully explore within the 60-minute session.

  • In a Soul Frequency Reading we'll look at who you are at Soul-Level, your gifts and the innate wisdom within you. You'll come away knowing how to step into this power everyday.

    The Full Akashic Records Reading is a deeper session combining the Soul Frequency with a Past Life reading. Past Life readings give clarity on blocks that have been holding you back and how to clear, heal them and create change.

  • On booking a reading you'll have a short information and intentions form to fill out.

    For the session itself, set yourself up somewhere comfortable.

    To allow you to be fully immersed the sessions are recorded and shared with you afterwards, so there is no need to take notes.
